SGES Thanksgiving Feast

Our Thanksgiving Feast is this Wednesday. We have made Indian garb in class, and the children will be dressing as Indians for our feast. The students need to wear their “House” t-shirt and they may wear jeans to school. If you don’t want your child to wear face paint, please let us know.

Cranberry Sauce 

Please to send in by Friday a can of jellied cranberry sauce  for the Community Thanksgiving Meal sponsored by the St. John’s  Lutheran Church in Griffin.

Field Trip Reminder

 Please do not forget to go on line and fill out your child’s Formstack  for  Madeline’s Christmas on Dec. 5th.  All permission slips need to be completed on-line by Wednesday. We are going to have a wonderful time!

Lisa Mart is this Friday. If you have any items that needs a new home, or if you are at the dollar store, donations are appreciated.

December Scholastic Book Order

I am sending home the December Scholastic Catalog today.  If you would like to order any books for Christmas, I am going to place the order Friday.  Also, if you would like the books to be a gift, I can hold the order when it arrives.  Just email me or send a note to let me know. I will put the order to the side and email you when the order has arrives.

I have posted copies of the children's writings displayed in the hallway.  They were asked  "How to Cook a Turkey!"  The writings are very enjoyable!
